Don't believe everything you read!

Hi everyone! I figured out how to post from my blackberry. Usually right now I would be talking to Marcus but he should be in a meeting so lucky followers!
So really! Can someone please tell me I won't be using the restroom every 20 minutes for the next 5 months! Seriously! I had to go 3 times today between 9am and 10am. I had one little cup of coffee and half a protein drink this morning. Then I was checking out the link for week 13 and I realized that it discusses all the cool stuff with the babies as well as the not so fun side of being a pregnant woman. Anything you read on there about boobs...doesn't apply to me. I am the exception to the rule :). I can only imagine all my blog reader trying to picture how large my boobs are. Yeah...
I have been thinking lately I might be feeling them moving in there. I'm not exactly sure yet though. Soon I should know if I am really feeling what I think I am. Singleton moms usually feel the baby moving around 17 weeks. Multiple moms can sometimes feel it sooner. I can't wait! Talk to you all soon!

Real babies!

Ta Da! How cute are they? Just looking back three weeks ago they looked like little glow worms or something (No, No...Lima Beans! That's It!). Now....a full fledged 3in. human being! Such craziness! And they are in my belly! Also, I will always post pics in order. Baby A, B, & C. Baby B & C are the twins. I saw the high risk Dr. today. Her name is Dr. Brown. She is great! Very good bedside manners. The babies are all doing good. There is a possibility the twins MIGHT be boys. We didn't get a for sure answer but there is a pretty good chance. The Dr. "thinks" she saw male parts on both of them so that gives us pretty good odds. The single baby we couldn't really tell the sex, but it might be a girl. The legs were crossed... So, I go back to Dr. Brown 5/19/09 for another sono. We should be able to get a positive answer on the sexes at that time. My poor OB, her job has been reduced to measuring my belly and taking notes on how many Tylenol I have been taking daily.

Overall, everything is going so good. Originally, I was dreading the sexy belly pant thingy... Turns out I love them, who cares how sexy it is. I finally broke down and bought a real maternity shirt. It is very cute but I still feel weird about wearing the maternity cloths. I have done it to myself though. Everyone has seen the beaming mom-to-be wearing maternity clothing at 7 weeks. I don't want to be her. Although, my figure totally justifies the cute little maternity wear they have these days. I swear, I have to grow a half inch minimum every night.

Well all... Enjoy the pics of the little babies! We should be posting a belly pic that I can complain about in a day or two. Thank you everyone for all the awesome comments and encouragement.

I worry about the wrong things!

I am glad everyone has enjoyed the pics! Of course I don't like any of them. Poor Marcus! I was like, "Ewww! Look at my face! Eww! Look at my smile, my hair looks funny. Why'd you post that picture? Why'd you change my profile pic? I don't like that one....and on and on and on. " So enjoy....My belly is changing so much from week to week! Right now I probably look as though I am around 5 months. It is like there is a monster in there or something! I told Marcus the other day I feel like Bella in the last book of the Twilight series. If you have read it, you know what I am talking about. Most of you probably haven't, but it is a good love story!!!

Well I just reached 12 weeks on Friday. I think I missed the morning sickness. I kept waiting and waiting for it to come, and thankfully it never did. If the "experts" are right it never should now that I am entering the second trimester. That is a celebration in its self! I am happy to announce that I am finally starting to accept the reality of having 3 children. It is approaching more quickly then I could have imagined. I am actually a little excited. The things I worry about now are how am I going to listen to my Ipod on my stereo when I have to trade in my vehicle for one that will fit 3 car seats, and how am I going to live without my parrot (speaker phone). Or how about where I am going to fit all the baby paraphernalia in my house? I am fearful of the clutter. I need an extra 250 square feet! Then just something for everyone to chew on....We will have about 30 diaper changes a day, around 18 feedings a day...then the clothing changes and the laundry and who knows what else.

I have a doctors appointment on the 22nd. I will be seeing the high risk doctor and then my OB afterwards. I should have some new sono's to post. I am very excited. They should resemble little babies now. I also placed a widget on here so everyone can check it out. I love this website. It tells you about what is going on with the baby for the week. It should count down to the due date. Remember, I wont go the full 40 weeks of a normal pregnancy, but I hope to get as close as possible. 36 weeks will be perfect!! (for the babies, not me!!) It is only a matter of time and I am sure I will be miserably uncomfortable.

9 Week Picture

Here is a picture of me at 9 Weeks pregnant. Now Auntie Kim won't have to try to sneak and take pictures of me. Marcus took this picture almost 2 weeks ago. We will continue to post pictures as time goes on.

Simply Amazing!

Today was the first OB appointment, and it was simply amazing! First it was just a relief to see them all alive and well.(Not sure why I keep having such anxiety about that???) We had another sono and all of the babies are doing just fine. They have grown from 14 and 15mm to 26 and 28mm in just 2 weeks. (I can't quite picture what 28mm looks like...if you want to convert it, 1mm=.039 inches). Based upon the size, one of the twins is a day younger then the other two. In a normal pregnancy, two of the babies would be due on 10/31/09 and the smaller twin is due 11/1/09. Kind funny! Anyways, the heart rates are good, they are between 162 and 166 beats per minute. We actually got to hear the heart beats today. And the best thing about the appointment was we could see the babies moving on the sonogram. It was just so cool. Their little arms and bodies in there moving. I can't even explain how awesome it was. Anyone with children probably knows...

Marcus mentioned today that in talking to his mom, they discussed the different personalities we will be dealing with. It is already staring to show. One of the twins is hogging the fetal sac. One is horizontal and the other is vertical. Poor things! I posted pics of the babies. They are finally starting to look like little tiny people in there. The last 2 sonograms they were just little blobs of human life. Now you can see their arms and make out the heads and bodies. I can't wait for appointment 2!
